Editor's Note #4

First of all, I apologize the delay of the publication for Vol. 2, No. 2 issue. As a result of some unexpected problems, there is only one article available. However, the article by Snookes et al. will give you some great insights on publishing ELT materials via the Internet.

Because of my move from TUT to Ritsumeikan University in April, 1998 and this site would move to a server at Ritsumeikan University. It's still under construction, but please expect it's going be a different site for you and should be relinked if you have a link with CALL-EJ.
